How long will my order take?
We ship Australia-wide and all orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Please note that personalised orders (with embroidered names) require additional processing time of 2 to 4 business days before dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we ship within Australia only. Stay tuned as we grow!
Returns
Can I return my order?
We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Item is unused and in its original packaging
- Item is not a personalised or custom embroidered product (see below)
Can I return a personalised bag?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised or custom embroidered items unless the item is faulty or damaged. This is because each personalised bag is made to order specifically for your child.
If your personalised item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
